PROJECT GOA - a new independent web-based think tank Project GOA, a new postgrad-led web-based think tank, was established between UK and Australia (Adelaide University) in January 2009. GOA is set up to cover three main contemporary themes: intelligence, terrorism and international relations via its interactive website goa-intelligence.org. Debate will culminate each academic year in an international video-conference, initially between Oxford and Adelaide in June 2009. GOA invites correspondents interested in the three core themes to join the website and debate the issues. Queries may be addressed to project.director@goa-intelligence.org
