Meredith Rolfe
Meredith Rolfe is a Post-Doctoral Prize Research Fellow in sociology at Nuffield College. Her research interests include analytical sociology, political behavior, and a wide variety of research methods. She is currently completing a book (titled Voting Together: A Social Theory of Democracy) which models voter turnout as the outcome of conditional decisions that diffuse through social networks. Current research projects involve formal models of conditional choice in social networks, and empirical work on political discussion networks, and on the effects of social context on political identities, attitudes, and behaviors.
