Thomas Grund                                                                      

                                     

After graduating in Computer Science and Sociology at Trier University (Germany), Thomas Grund did an MPhil at Cambridge University and is now a doctoral student in Sociology at Nuffield College. Currently, he works on how the  change of social groups affects group performance. Here, he applies a social network perspective within and between groups. In his emperical work he studis player transfers between teams in the English football leagues.
