I study the impact of party behavior and elite messaging on voter preferences and political accountability. I am interested in the political economy of inequality, identity politics, and the politics of development. Prior to the DPhil, I completed an MPhil in Politics (Comparative Government) at Nuffield. I hold a BA in Economics and Government from Cornell University, with a minor in Public Policy.
