About us

The Chapel Committee, formed in October 2007, organises events in Nuffield College's chapel. According to its 
terms of reference its tasks are to:
 
a.  To organise religious services to take place in the Chapel.
 
b.  To organise other appropriate events to take place in the Chapel and, when necessary, alternative venues.
 
c.  To consider and respond to ideas for events from College members.
 
d.  To track and monitor expenditure for events.
 
e.  To consider and report suggestions for changes to the fabric of the Chapel.
 
 
We hope that, regardless of your religious views, you will enjoy the events organised by the Chapel Committee.

Membership

The Chapel Committee is to have “a minimum of 5 members, including the Pastoral Advisor and at least one student, one Fellow and one member of staff.”
