Nuffield Professorial Fellow, Cécile Laborde, to present new book at symposium in Quebec.

On 19th-20th April, Cécile Laborde will be presenting her new book Liberalism’s Religion at an international symposium organised around its themes in Quebec, with a keynote lecture by Charles Taylor.

Other recent events around the book include a lecture at the Royal Irish Academy in Dublin and talks at the Sorbonne in Paris, Yale University and University College London.

Further symposia about the book have been organised throughout 2018 in Oxford, Rijeka (Croatia), Boston (APSA ‘Author-Meet-Critics’), University of Virginia, Princeton University, Columbia University.

Book-length special issues discussing Liberalism’s Religion are also forthcoming in Critical Review of Social and International Political Philosophy, Journal of Applied Philosophy and Criminal Law and Philosophy.
