Westminster Bridge at Nuffield College
Nuffield has long had a role and a voice in contemporary political debates, making possible meaningful relationships with politicians, policy-makers, and journalists.
The Centre’s Westminster Bridge activity builds on this link with the aim to better communicate social science findings and insights to politicians and policy-makers.
We are developing new ways of disseminating political science research on contemporary political problems, as well as continuing our extensive engagement of research for non-academic audiences via mainstream national media.
Professor Jane Green, Nuffield Politics Research Centre’s Director, is an Election Analyst for ITV News, for which she provided live analysis on the 2015 British general election, the 2016 EU referendum, the 2016 US presidential election, the 2017 British general election, and the 2019 British general election.
