Visiting non-matriculated student
I am a PhD candidate in Political Science at Yale University, studying American politics, public policy, and quantitative methods. For the 2017-2018 academic year, I am visiting Nuffield College and researching AI policy at the Future of Humanity Institute.
My dissertation uses natural experiments and field experiments to study how social programs affect Americans' political attitudes and behavior. I have also worked as a data scientist for the Yale Project on Climate Change Communication and a biostatistician for a network of field hospitals in Syria.
I received my BA in Political Science from Yale University in 2013 and my MA in Statistics from Yale University in 2015. My studies and research have been supported by the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and fellowships from Yale.
