David will be helping connect the Centre’s research with policymakers and a wider audience through initiatives such as Westminster Bridge. He was Director of the Reuters Institute from 2008-2018, where he is now a Senior Research Associate. He previously worked at the BBC, as Controller, Public Policy, as a reporter on File on 4 and Newsnight, and as Editor of Analysis on Radio 4. He was a Board member of the UK Statistics Authority from 2012-2019 and of the Ofcom Content Board from 2011-17.
