Research interests: My research interests fall somewhere between political sociology, political psychology, and the study of electoral behavior. In particular, my focus is on how individuals perceive their social identity, with a focus on subjective social status and class identity. The underlying idea is that perceived social identity is able to influence political attitudes in a significant way. In the past, I have worked on environmental attitudes as a source of support for the implementation of policies for environmental protection.
