Lala Zinkevych is an MSc student in Comparative Social Policy at the Department of Social Policy and Intervention. Her primary research interests include gender, educational and labour inequalities.

Prior to joining the University of Oxford and Nuffield College, Lala was a Fulbright Humphrey Scholar in Public Policy at Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University.

Lala has a professional background in international development. She serves as a Programme Specialist and a Policy Advisor for United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA Ukraine). Before UNFPA, Lala was a Senior Programme Officer at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) and a Public Policy Consultant at World Bank’s Governance Global Practice in Europe and Central Asia.
