I am an MPhil student in Politics (Comparative Government) with an interest in studying political violence and ethnic politics. My previous research has focused on the impact of sectarian violence on electoral outcomes for sectarian parties. I have also worked as a research assistant on a book project investigating the relationship between democracy and violence, and as a research assistant on a project investigating nativist populisms.
My work is supported by the Clarendon Scholarship and a Nuffield College Award. Prior to my time at Nuffield College, I completed an undergraduate degree at NYU Abu Dhabi.
