New Year Honours 2023
We are delighted to note that Nuffield Visiting Fellow Tom Scholar, as well as former Visiting Fellow Peter Kellner (1993-95) and alumnus Vernon Bogdanor (BPhil Philosophy 1964) and, have been recognised in the 2023 New Year Honours, the first to be awarded by His Majesty King Charles III.
Sir Tom Scholar, former Permanent Secretary of HM Treasury, was awarded a Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Bath for public service. Vernon Bogdanor was made a Knight Bachelor for services to political science and Peter Kellner was awarded an OBE for charitable services. Congratulations!
