Professor David Kirk
 Dave is Professorial Fellow of Nuffield College as well as Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Oxford. He obtained a PhD in Sociology from the University of Chicago. Dave uses experimental and quasi-experimental methods to research questions related to crime, education, and government institutions. He is the Director of the Nuffield Undergraduate Scholars Institute.

Dr Eleni Kechagia-Ovseiko
 Eleni joined Nuffield in 2013 as the College’s first professional Senior Tutor. She is responsible for managing the College’s academic operation, including student admissions, academic and post-doctoral appointments, and academic administration. Eleni studied Classics and Ancient Philosophy at the Universities of Thessaloniki (BA and Masters) and Oxford (DPhil).

Sarah Milne Das
Sarah works in the Nuffield Academic Office, dealing with student administration from admission to graduation. She is also involved with Equality and Diversity initiatives and supports the College's Equality and Welfare Committees. Sarah studied Chemistry at the University of Oxford, and worked for several years in digital marketing and communications before coming to Nuffield.
