GETTING YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS

Prior to, or upon your arrival in College, you should have been issued with your username and password. You may be asked to change your password on first use.

Never share your password, even with IT staff.

USING THE ACCOUNT DETAILS WHEN PROMPTED

The username format is firstname.lastname .

Unless instructed otherwise, your Nuffield username should be entered with the suffix @nuff.ox.ac.uk (i.e firstname.lastname@nuff.ox.ac.uk)

Note that this is not your email address.
Some longer-term members of College may have a username of lastname only. (i.e. lastname@nuff.ox.ac.uk).
