DPhil in Social Policy

I am a DPhil candidate in Social Policy, funded by the Barnett House-Nuffield Joint Scholarship.  My DPhil will centre around conceptualising and operationalising Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and investigating how different approaches to defining STEM may yield different results when researching gender gaps in employment outcomes of STEM graduates.

I hold a BSc (Hons, summa cum laude) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences (Policy Science) from Leiden University College, and have recently completed an MSc (Dist) in Comparative Social Policy at the University of Oxford.
