Award for Nuffield Apprentice Chef
The Award is presented annually by the Freemen of Oxford to the apprentice who has “most distinguished him/herself” in their chosen trade that year. Given that over one thousand apprentices are currently training in Oxford, this is a significant achievement!
In choosing the award-winners, the selection committee considered apprentices’ personal improvement and career advancement; contribution to their employer’s business; innovation or special skills; advancement of apprenticeships as a career route for others; and academic achievement.
Charlie will receive his award at Oxford City Hall on Thursday 8 March, at the Spring Admissions Ceremony of the Freemen of Oxford.
