Buildings and Facilities Manager
I am in my twelfth year at Nuffield College. My role is to maintain all College buildings by either or pre-planned preventative maintenance, planned maintenance and small to medium building projects. The full criteria for facilities management include all health and safety on site. I have a team of 3 maintenance staff for all in-house repairs and remedial works. I am also the line manager to the Lodge, overseeing a team of 6 staff.
