Cyrette is a DPhil student in Social Policy, supported by the Barnett House-Nuffield joint graduate scholarship. Her research examines the role of higher education in social mobility, specifically focusing on community colleges in the United States. 

Prior to Oxford, Cyrette was a research analyst at MDRC in New York City, where she served as a data manager for evaluations of postsecondary education policies and evidence-based interventions. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a bachelor's degree in economics and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
