Front of House Manager
As a Front of House Manager, my job role is to work along with the Director of Catering and Events in the smooth managing of Front of House (FoH) department and to achieve and maintain the high standards expected by the College and to seek and implement ways to improve services and standards.
My responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the recruitment of FoH staff. Provide training and mentoring of FoH Supervisors and assistants (including casual staff). Ensuring their continued management and development.
- Ensuring that all FoH activities are delivered to a consistently high standard, and to dealing confidently and creatively with problems as they arise.
- Ensuring that excellent levels of customer service is provided.
- Processing the administration of the relevant catering activities of the College.
