Booking our rooms
Would you like to book one of our rooms for your conference or event?
The first step is to complete our booking enquiry form to provide us with the preliminary details of your request. Please download, complete and submit this form to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two weeks before your proposed event.
Once we receive your enquiry, we will check the availability of our rooms and catering schedule to see if we can accommodate your request. We'll then get back to you to confirm and discuss your requirements in more detail.
