Events Coordinator

Salary: £31,583 to £33,981 per annum (pro-rata if appropriate)
Nuffield College seeks to appoint an Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Catering and Conference Department and will also be expected to work closely with other departments across the College.
The Events Coordinator will be expected to provide a comprehensive service supporting and coordinating internal and external conferences and events within the College and ensuring their success. This will include acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from event organisers; liaising with other College departments and with third parties as appropriate; and improving relevant systems and procedures. The person appointed must therefore demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to customer service, and must be able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in conjunction with staff across different levels of an organisation.
Some evening and weekend working may be required.
