Printing and IT

The Library has a range of IT facilities available to users. More detailed information about Nuffield College IT facilities for members is available on the College IT page.

Monitors

The Library has several monitors in the First Floor Reading Room, Small Reading Room and Second Floor Reading Room with connections for Windows and Apple devices. 

Laptops/ Tablets/ Mobile devices

Access to Wi-Fi is available throughout the library via Nuffield-NET, The Cloud and Eduroam; Ethernet sockets and cables are also available. All desks have power points for you to plug in or charge your device.

Printing

Members of Nuffield College may print to any Nuffield printer using EveryonePrint 

Photocopying and Scanning

There is a multi-functional machine in the 2^nd floor reading room which can be used for printing, photocopying, and scanning. If you would like to photocopy or scan any old or fragile items, please ask a member of the library team for advice.

Please note that the Bodleian Libraries PCAS system does not work at Nuffield College Library.

Copyright

It is your responsibility to observe copyright law. You may make a print or digital copy of a fair and justifiable amount (no more than one chapter or 10% of a work) of anything in copyright for:

• Research or private study
• Text, data, or content mining
• Illustration for instruction or teaching
• Quoting from a work

Security

Please do not leave your valuables, including laptops/tablets/mobiles, unattended in the library at any time.
