Staff Profile

I now have a full time role working in Nuffield Lodge, that is now open from 7am to 11:30pm every day of the week.  Because this necessitates working shifts, you might find me there mornings, afternoons or evenings. The porters role in the lodge can range from being the receptionist for our guest rooms, to dealing with fire alarms, flooding alerts in basements, and just occasionally students and academics locking themselves out of their rooms. Security in its many forms is a priority, but more frequently the job is to be understanding and to find answers to (some of the) problems people bring to the Lodge.
