Staff Profile

I am the Director of IT at Nuffield. The role at Nuffield is to look at the strategic direction of IT and to manage the IT department. For all operational matters (account changes, problems, printers etc.) you should consult my IT colleagues.

Prior to coming to Nuffield in 2015, I was the Oxford Nexus Service Manager, running the central email service, among other things, for around 30,000 users across the collegiate University. I had worked for IT Services (formerly Oxford University Computing Services) since 2003. 

I have a PhD in Industrial Ecology and experience in the public and private sectors as an IT trainer, project manager and in running services.
