Staff Profile

As Research Operations Manager, I lead the operational and administrative delivery of the Nuffield Humanitarian Forum and the Global Governance Project, directed by Professor Andrew Thompson. My role involves coordinating the planning and delivery of workshops and seminars, managing project operations, budgets, stakeholder communications, and administrative systems, and enabling effective collaboration across researchers, College staff, and external partners. I also provide operations support for the Nuffield Politics Research Centre. I am particularly interested in developing efficient processes, improving operational practice, and ensuring that research centres have the systems and support they need to thrive. Alongside my research operations responsibilities, I act as Secretary to several key College committees.
