Rooms
Residential accommodation for incoming students is allocated on a random basis. However, students are able to specify particular requirements on the accommodation request form. We do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee this.
Accessibility
The College's Access Guide is available here. If you have accessibility requirements, you should make this known to the Senior Tutor at the earliest opportunity, but certainly on confirming your acceptance of an offer.
Onsite accommodation
Bedsits and sets on the College main site are not ensuite - occupants have access to shared bathrooms close to each room. There are currently 4 sets and 7 bedsits. One room has a small double bed, the rest have double beds. There is a large shared student kitchen equipped for self-catering and student lounge. There are onsite laundry facilities (4 washing machines, 4 dryers) available at no extra charge.
5 George Street Mews
This building houses 14 ensuite bedsits over 2 floors. 3 rooms have small double beds, the rest have double beds. Each floor has a shared kitchen area equipped for minimal self-catering, but occupants also have access to the main shared kitchen in College. Occupants have access to the same laundry facilities onsite. Noise can be an issue with these rooms, due to their proximity to a main street / bars.
50 Walton Street
This terraced house in Jericho has 7 bedrooms over 3 floors with shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering. Occupants have separate office space on the main College site. 3 rooms have single beds, 4 rooms have double beds. The house is on a busy road, so noise may be an issue.
Cleaning
The College Housekeeping team clean all residential rooms and communal areas. Students are expected to keep their rooms and shared kitchens clean and tidy, and adhere to recycling regulations.
