Nuffield College Library
Due to the ongoing period of restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Nuffield Library is currently closed to external readers and alumni. Information on access, services and support to College members under the current circumstances may be found on the Library’s intranet page.
Nuffield College Library lies at the heart of the College’s academic endeavour and provides unparalleled support to students, researchers and academics. It is one of the finest social science research libraries in the UK and reflects the academic interests of the College’s research community. The main collections are rich in current social science research and thought, constantly developing to keep abreast of disciplinary developments. The collection is also strong in historical, statistical and methodological works, enabling our students and academics to carry out research at the highest level.
The library is open to all Nuffield College members, and also admits postgraduate students, researchers and staff from the rest of the University of Oxford, as well as visitors on special request.
